Dear clients,

I have decided to make a few things clear and make some small adjustments so that we can both be happy.

• 1. I am working for quality,not time.
• 2. When scheduling an appointment with me I need you to give me your first and second name and your telephone number.
• 3. When scheduling an appointment I am kindly asking you to send me pictures or just ideas of the nail set you want at least one day before.
• 4. You will be notified for your appointment one day before the actual appointment.
• 5. In case you can’t come for any reason please notify me via SMS or call me at least two hours before the appointment.
• 6. In case you didn’t come to your appointment and you didn’t notify me I will have the rights to no longer accept you as my client.
